About

Built by the community for the community.

Jeff spent his career at the crossroads of finance and strategy; spending most of his career between executive-level financial reporting at a Fortune 1000 and strategy consulting at a Fortune 500.

He's also been an avid member at various CrossFit gyms for 6+ years, which has contributed to his diversified understanding and differentiated thesis that drives the core of what DCG delivers to its clients.

Every engagement starts with the same question: what do you actually need to know to run this business well? Then we build the reporting around that — not around a template, not around what a bookkeeper happens to produce. We meet you where you are and deliver what you need, purpose-built within our proprietary framework custom built for CrossFit gym operators.

On the floor

Built by someone who's trained, competed, and judged inside the box — and runs the numbers behind it.

How we work

Four principles that shape every engagement.

Discipline

Numbers reported the same way every month, on time, in a format you can actually read. No surprises, no guessing where you stand.

Plain English

Reports are written for operators, not accountants. You should never need a glossary to understand your own business.

Operator empathy

We've spent years inside boxes. Nearly a decade in CrossFit. Eight boxes as a member. We understand how a gym runs because we have lived inside them.

Quiet competence

We don't sell hype. We deliver clean books, sharp dashboards, and the kind of advice that protects your margin.

"Bookkeepers record the past. CPAs handle the taxes. We're the layer in between — translating your numbers into actionable insights and modeling what's ahead."
